Job description: • Experience of entire Plant HR Operations (HRBP) • Good knowledge of industrial relations and labour laws • Knowledge about best HR practices/Employee engagement activities • Ability to analyse and review HR data • Knowledge of SAP/HR systems and professional policies/SOPs
