We are looking for a competitive and self-motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive sales and manage key accounts in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, conducting product demos, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive sales through direct customer interaction at the front end. 2. Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 5. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends. 7. Regularly report on sales activity, performance, and customer feedback to the management. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in front-end sales or customer-facing roles. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to engage with customers and close deals effectively. 4. Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets. 5. Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude. Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare sales (non-pharma), medical devices, or similar industries.
